| 目的 探讨肝动脉化疗栓塞术(TACE)患者出院准备度现状,分析其影响因素。方法 采用出院准备度量表、出院指导质量量表、恶心呕吐以及干呕量表对306例TACE患者进行调查。结果TACE患者出院准备度总分为(187.81±30.20)分,条目均分(8.54±1.37)分；出院准备度与出院指导质量呈正相关(P<0.01)；与恶心呕吐总分呈负相关(P<0.01))；不同文化程度、家庭月收入及TACE次数的患者出院准备度比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。多元回归分析显示,出院指导质量、恶心呕吐、家庭月收入、TACE次数是影响出院准备度的主要因素,共解释总变异的37.8％。 结论 TACE患者出院准备度较好,其出院准备度受多因素影响。医护人员应重视患者出院准备度的评估,给予针对性的干预措施,以提高出院准备度。 |

| 0bjective To investigate the status of readiness for hospital discharge among patients accepted Transarterial Chemoembolization(TACE)and to analyze its influencing factors．Methods A total of 306 patients were investigated using the Readiness for Hospital Discharge Scale,Quality of Discharge Teaching Scale and the Rhods Index of CINV．Results The total score of RHDS among patients accepted TACE was(187.81±30.20),and its mean item score was(8.54±1.37)．Patients’readiness for hospital discharge was positively correlated with their quality of discharge teaching and nausea and vomiting (P<0.01)．There were significant differences of readiness for hospital discharge among the patients with Different educational level, family monthly income and TACE frequency(P<0.05,P<0.01)．Multiple regression analysis showed that,The quality of discharge guidance, nausea and vomiting, family monthly income and the number of TACEs were the main factors affecting the discharge readiness of patients,accounting for 37.8% of the total variance.．Conclusion The discharge readiness of TACE patients is better, and it is affected by many factors. Medical staff should pay attention to the assessment of discharge readiness of TACE patients and give targeted interventions to improve the patients"discharge readiness. |
