      [目的]探讨一次性多功能人工气道输氧湿化管在气管切开后气道护理中的临床应用效果。[方法]采用随机数字表法将90例气管切开患者随机分为实验组和对照组各45例,实验组应用一次性多功能人工气道输氧湿化管进行气道湿化;对照组应用微量泵延长管与单鼻塞输氧管进行气道湿化。连续7天观察两组患者痰液湿化效果、气道湿化过程并发症发生情况。[结果]实验组第1d、第3d、第7d气道湿化效果明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组每日刺激性呛咳次数、每日吸痰次数、每日输氧湿化管滑脱次数、痰痂形成累计例数、气道粘膜损伤累计例数以及第7d痰培养细菌学检验结果与对照组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]一次性多功能人工气道输氧湿化管可持续湿化气道,湿化效果稳定,易控制,有效降低了气道湿化过程中并发症的发生。
英文摘要:
      Objective: To explore the clinical effect of disposable multi-functional artificial airway oxygen humidifying tube in airway nursing after tracheotomy. Methods: 90 patients with tracheotomy were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 45 cases in each group by random number table method. The experimental group was humidified by one-time multi-functional artificial airway oxygen humidifying tube, while the control group was humidified by micro pump extension tube and single nasal obstruction oxygen transporting tube. The effect of sputum humidification and complications of airway humidification were observed for 7 consecutive days. Result:The effect of airway humidification on the first day, the third day and the seventh day in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group (P< 0.05). There were significant differences between the experimental group and the control group in the number of irritating cough, sputum aspiration, slippage of oxygen humidifying tube, sputum scab formation, airway mucosal injury and positive sputum bacteriological culture on the 7th day (P< 0.05). Conclusion:The one-off multi-functional artificial airway oxygen humidifier can continuously humidify the airway. The humidification effect is stable and easy to control. It can effectively reduce the complications in the process of airway humidification.
