      目的 探讨腔镜专科护士在腔镜设备及器械管理中的作用和对腔镜手术护理质量的控制及持续改进。方法 对手术室的腔镜仪器设置专管员两名,专职管理腔镜设备和器械的规范使用及培训、维护保养、检修以及简单故障的排除,对实施腔镜手术的病人进行风险评估和防范。结果 腔镜专科护士的设置,极大的减少了器械设备维修,损坏率,缩短了因术中设备故障而等待的时间,从而保障了手术病人和设备的安全,提高了手术医生的满意度。同时提高了护士本身的知识和技能水平,增加职业价值和自豪感。结论 手术室设置腔镜专科护士,在临床工作中对于保障病人安全和设备管理,提高护理质量具有重要的作用和积极的意义,值得推广。
英文摘要:
      objective： To explore the role of specialist nurses in the management of hysteroscopy equipment and apparatus. Control and continuous improvement of the nursing quality of hysteroscopy operation 。Methods ：The operating room cavity mirror instruments set up two professional staff, full-time management of equipment and equipment for the use of hysteroscopy training, maintenance, maintenance and maintenance and simple troubleshooting.SRisk assessment and prevention of patients undergoing hysteroscopy operation. Results ：The setting of the specialist nurse for hysteroscopy greatly reduced the maintenance of the equipment, the rate of damage, and the waiting time due to the failure of the equipment during operation. At the same time, it improves the knowledge and skill level of nurses themselves, and increases the pride of professional value.S Conclusion： It is worth popularizing that operating room has the important role and the positive significance to ensure the safety of patients and equipment management.
