子宫主韧带会阴血肿，是分娩后在产妇主韧带及会阴部逐渐形成的血肿，是产后出血的一种，临床较为少见，因产妇临床症状和体征不典型，很难在早期发现，易形成大血肿，造成严重的产后出血。本文报道上海长宁区妇幼保健院1例主韧带会阴血肿的护理体会，供临床参考。

英文摘要:

Postpartum uterine main ligament perineal hematoma is a kind of hematoma gradually formed in the maternal main ligament and perineum after delivery. It is one of the causes of postpartum hemorrhage. It is relatively rare in clinic. Because of the atypical clinical symptoms and signs of the maternal, it is difficult to find it in the early stage, and it is easy to form large hematoma, resulting in serious postpartum hemorrhage. This paper reports the nursing experience of a case of perineal hematoma of the main ligament in Shanghai Changning Maternal and Child Health Hospital for clinical reference.
