| 目的 探究循证护理在经显微内窥镜手术治疗腰椎间盘突出症中的应用及对患者不良反应发生的影响。方法 选取我院2017年10月-2018年9月收治的腰椎间盘突出症患者100例,随机分为对照组和研究组,各50例,对照组采用常规护理模式,研究组采用循证护理,比较两组患者的护理满意度、临床治疗情况和不良反应发生情况。结果 研究组患者护理满意度为90.0%,总有效率为82.0%,两项指标均显著高于对照组患者,研究组共有2例患者出现了术后不良反应,发生率仅为4.0%,远小于对照组患者,均有P＜0.05。结论 循证护理能够使经显微内窥镜手术治疗的腰椎间盘突出症患者治疗效果更好,解决患者术后护理中出现的各类问题,值得在临床中推广。 |

| Objective To investigate the application of evidence-based nursing in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation by microscopic endoscopic surgery and its effect on adverse reactions in patients. Methods 100 Patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation admitted to our hospital from October 2017 to September 2018 were randomly divided into control group and Study Group, 50 cases, all patients were treated by microscopic endoscopic surgery, the control group used routine nursing mode, and the study group used evidence-based nursing to compare the nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients, Clinical treatment conditions and adverse reactions occurred. Results The nursing satisfaction degree of the patients in the study group was 90%, the total effective rate was 82%, both indexes were significantly higher than those in the control group, and there were 2 patients with postoperative adverse reactions in the study group, the incidence rate was only 4%, which was much smaller than that of the control group, all of which had p<0.05. Conclusion Evidence-based nursing can make the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation treated by microscopic endoscopic surgery better, and solve all kinds of problems in postoperative nursing of patients, which is worthy of popularization in clinic. |
