      目的 探讨一体化配药流程在门诊血液净化中心中的应用效果。方法 选取2018年1月-2019年12月期间在我院血液净化中心进行血液净化治疗的300名患者作为研究对象。2018年1月-12月采用常规配药流程,2019年1月-12月采用一体化配药流程。回顾性分析血液透析患者在采用一体化配药流程前后,血液透析患者给药缺陷不良事件的发生率、血液透析患者药品执行规范率、血液透析治疗满意度指标上的差异,以评价一体化配药流程对提高血液透析治疗质量和患者满意度、降低不良事件的作用。结果 采用一体化配药流程后,血液透析患者给药缺陷不良事件发生率由13%下降至0.7%；血液透析患者药品执行规范率由90.7%提高至99.3%；血液透析患者满意度由(85.42±3.81)分提高至(94.66±2.85)分,实施前后差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 一体化配药流程可简化血液净化中心的运行流程,提高血液透析患者给药安全和满意度,具有良好的推广价值。
英文摘要:
      Objective To explore the application effect of the integrated dispensing process in outpatient blood purification center. Methods We selected 300 patients as the research object between January 2018and December 2019 in our outpatient blood purification center. A total of 300 patients using the routine dispensing process were used as the control group from January to December 2018. A total of 300 patients using the integrated dispensing process were used as the observation group from January to December 2019.Then to compare the incidence of the dosing errors、compliance rate of drugs、patients’satisfaction.Results In the observation group, the incidence of the dosing errors、compliance rate of drugs were reduced and patients’satisfaction was improved. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The integrated dispensing process can reduce the incidence of the dosing errors ,preventcompliance rate of drugs and improve significantly patients’satisfaction. It has good clinical promotion value.
