      摘要 本文从我院武汉新型冠状病毒医疗救援队目前面临的团队协作的现状出发，阐明新型冠状病毒救援医疗队团队协作管理的特点及不足。通过对目前工作中存在的问题进行剖析，并在此基础上对医疗救援团队如何在救援期提升团队的沟通与信任，加强医务人员自身防护技能，降低医务人员心理困扰给出建议。研究结果表明：医疗团队成员的信息需求随着疾病进展而改变，在极端困扰时期提供专业的信息发布、使用规范的护理标准和循证实践以保护自身安全，对降低团队成员在救援期的焦虑情绪起到积极的支持作用。
英文摘要:
      Abstract: Based on the current status of team collaboration of the new Wuhan coronavirus medical rescue team in China, this article defines the basic concepts of multidisciplinary rescue medical team collaboration management involved in the article, and then points out the teamwork of the new coronavirus rescue medical team. The characteristics and shortcomings of management and analyzed the problems that may exist in the current work. On this basis, suggestions are provided on how the medical rescue team can improve the team's communication and trust during the rescue period, strengthen the medical staff's self-protection skills, and reduce the medical staff's psychological distress. Conclusion: The information needs of medical team members change as the disease progresses. Providing professional information release, using standardized nursing standards, and evidence-based practices to protect themselves during periods of extreme distress has reduced the anxiety of team members during the rescue period to active support.
