| 摘要：随着新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情爆发并迅速向全国蔓延，肿瘤患者的诊治工作受到较大影响。新型冠状病毒肺炎纳入乙类传染病，采取甲类传染病的预防、控制措施。全国范围新冠肺炎监测数据表明，恶性肿瘤患者的比例约为1.3%，高于全国总体恶性肿瘤的发病率（0.3%）；与非恶性肿瘤患者相比，恶性肿瘤患者发生重症风险更高，且恶化更快[1]。与其他类型患者相比，肿瘤患者免疫状态差，更加易感新型冠状病毒，一旦感染，病死率更高。这凸显了门诊疫情防控在肿瘤医院的重要性。本文依据国家卫生健康委员会相关指导文件，结合所在单位实际，通过了解特需门诊就诊患者的信息详情及疫情动态，有针对性对患者实施疏导和沟通，并对所有工作人员及患者采取有效的职业防护措施，建立疫情期间标准的就诊流程，保障门诊工作安全顺利进行。 |

| Abstract: With the outbreak of novel coronavirus pneumonia and its rapid spread across the country, the diagnosis and treatment of tumor patients has been greatly affected. Novel coronavirus pneumonia is included in Class B infectious diseases, and prevented and controlled as Class A infectious disease. Nationwide monitoring data for Corona Virus Disease 2019 shows that the proportion of patients with malignant tumors is approximately 1.3%, which is higher than the overall incidence of malignant tumors in the country (0.3%). Compared with patients with non-malignant tumors, patients with malignant tumors have a higher risk development a severe disease and worse faster.[1]. Compared with other patients, tumor patients have a poor immune status and are more likely to be infected with novel coronavirus. Once infected, the mortality severe events rate is higher. This highlights the importance for outpatient control of the prevention and control in cancer hospitals. This article is based on the relevant guidance documents of National Health Commission of the People's Republic of China, and combined with the actual situation of author’s unit. By understanding the details of outpatients’ information and epidemic dynamics, targeted guidance and communication, and effective occupational protection measures for all staff and patients, we established the effective outpatient clinic process during the epidemic period to ensure the outpatient work safely and smoothly. |
