      [摘要] 目的 了解新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情下实习护生职业认同感及其影响因素,为提高实习护生职业认同水平提供依据。方法 采用横断面调查研究,方便抽取了合肥市5所三级综合医院的340名实习护生作为研究对象。使用职业认同量表进行问卷调查,采用stata14.0软件进行数据分析。结果 340名实习护生职业认同感得分为(111.35±16.28)分,处于中等水平。在各维度均分得分中,职业认知评分认知评价得分最高,均分为(3.79±0.59)分;职业社会支持得分最低,均分为(3.57±0.60)分。多元回归分析显示,未来就业意向与职业认同感呈负相关;护理是否是第一志愿、家人是否支持、是否得到人文关怀、实习期间带教老师是否主动帮助解决问题与实习护生职业认同感呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论 在新冠疫情期间,实习护生的职业认同感处于中等水平,略低于非疫情社会背景下全国实习护生职业认同的整体水平。未来就业意向、护理是否是第一志愿、家人是否支持、是否得到人文关怀、实习期间带教老师是否主动帮助解决问题是疫情期间实习护生职业认同感的影响因素。其中家庭支持及人文关怀及对实习护生职业认同的影响较为显著。

      [Abstract]Objective Novel coronavirus pneumonia infection status and influencing factors of occupation identity were studied, and provide evidence for improving the occupation identity of nursing students.Methods In this study, 340 nursing students from 5 tertiary hospitals in our city were selected by cross-sectional study method and random cluster sampling method. The questionnaire survey was conducted with occupational identity scale and data analysis was conducted with stata14 software.Results The total score of 340 nursing students was (111.35 ± 16.28), which was in the middle level. Among the average scores of all dimensions, the highest score of cognitive evaluation was (3.79 ± 0.59), and the lowest score of occupational social support was (3.57 ± 0.60). Multiple regression analysis showed that there was a negative correlation between future employment intention and professional identity; there was a positive correlation between whether nursing was the first volunteer, whether the family supported, whether they received humanistic care, whether the teachers actively helped solve the problems during the practice and the professional identity of nursing students (P < 0.05).Conclusion During the period of the new crown epidemic, the occupational identity of nursing students is at a medium level. The influencing factors of the occupational identity of nursing students are the future employment intention, whether nursing is the first volunteer, whether the family supports, whether they receive humanistic care, and whether the teachers take the initiative to help solve the problems during the practice. Among them, family support is the most significant factor affecting the professional identity of nursing students.
