2019年12月以来，新型冠状病毒疾病(COVID-19）在全国蔓延，并陆续在全球范围爆发，病毒不仅影响着人们的生活、生产，同时也威胁着人们的生命。广大的肿瘤患者常规诊疗活动也受影响，尤其是治疗中的患者，医生在诊疗过程中既需要考虑肿瘤患者的特殊性，同时也要兼顾疫情的防治。为此我们参照国家相关法律法规，探索出肿瘤住院患者“三分类”差异化管理模式。

英文摘要:

The new coronavirus (COVID 19) disease has been spreading in China since December 2019, and has been erupting on a global scale. The disease not only affect peoples’ life and production, but also threatens their lives. The diagnosis and treatment activities of cancer patients, especially those under treatment, are also affected. In the process of diagnosis and treatment, clinician should not only consider the particularity of cancer patients, but also take into account the prevention and treatment of this epidemic disease. Therefore, we explored the differential management model of "three classifications" of cancer inpatients by referring to relevant national laws and regulations
