      目的:考察主动性人格和心理韧性在护理志愿、家庭态度对护生职业认同影响中的关系及内在作用机制。方法:采用一般问卷调查表、主动性人格量表、心理韧性量表及护生职业认同问卷于2019年7月~2019年10月对四所高等院校641名本科护生进行调查。结果:①主动性人格、心理韧性、护理志愿、家庭态度、护生职业认同两两之间均呈显著正相关(r=0.130~0.844,P<0.05);②护理志愿和家庭态度可正向预测护生职业认同,即第一志愿和家庭支持的护生职业认同显著高于非第一志愿和家庭反对者,差异比较具有统计学意义(P<0.001);③主动性人格在护理志愿(=0.292,P<0.001)和家庭态度(=0.411,P<0.001)对护生职业认同的正向影响中起正向调节作用,且高主动性人格的调节效应斜率明显高于低主动性人格;④心理韧性在护理志愿(=0.238,P<0.001)和家庭态度(=0.428,P<0.001)对护生职业认同的正向影响中起显著正向调节作用,且高心理韧性的调节效应斜率明显大于低心理韧性。结论:护理志愿与家庭态度对护生职业认同均有正向预测作用,而主动性人格和心理韧性对护生职业认同起显著正向调节作用,呼吁护理教育者尤其关注非第一志愿和家庭反对的护生职业认同水平,针对性制定策略提升护生职业认同水平。

      To investigate the relationship and internal mechanism of proactive personality, psychological resilience in the influence of nursing willingness and family attitude on nursing students' professional identity. Methods: To investigate 641 undergraduate nursing students in four universities from July to October 2019 by using the general questionnaire, proactive personality scale, psychological resilience scale and professional identity questionnaire for nursing students. Results: ①There was a significant and positive correlation among proactive personality, psychological resilience, nursing willingness, family attitude and professional identity of nursing students(r=0.130~0.844,P<0.05).②Nursing willingness and family attitude can positively predict nursing students' professional identity, that is, nursing students' professional identity of the first willingness and family support was significantly higher than that of non-first willingness and family opponents, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);③Proactive personality played a positive regulating role in the positive influence of nursing willingness(β=0.292,P<0.001) and family attitude(β=0.411,P<0.001) on nursing students' professional identity, and the regulating effect of high proactive personality was significantly stronger than that of low proactive personality. ④Psychological resilience played a significant role in adjusting the positive influence of nursing willingness(β=0.238,P<0.001) and family attitude(β=0.428,P<0.001) on nursing students' profess- ional identity, and the adjusting effect of high mental toughness was stronger than that of low psychological resilience. Conclusion: Nursing willingness and family attitudes had a positive predictive effect on nursing students' professional identity, while proactive personality and psychological resilience had a positive regulating effect on nursing students' professional identity. It was called for nursing educators to pay special attention to nursing students' professional identity level, especially those who didn’t want to choose nursing profession before and whose family didn’t support them, and then to make targeted strategies to improve nursing students' professional identity level.
