      〖〗 目的 探讨PDCA循环模式在新型冠状病毒肺炎病区医务人员红区呕吐管理中的应用。方法 采用便利抽样法,选取2020年2月19日至2月25日我科进入红区的医务人员277名为对照组,2月26日至3月4日进入红区的医务人员282名为观察组。对照组医务人员采用原先工作流程,观察组医务人员采用PDCA循环模式工作流程。记录分析2组红区医务人员呕吐的发生率及红区医务人员的满意度。结果 观察组红区医务人员呕吐的发生率得到明显降低,红区医务人员满意度提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论,采用PDCA循环模式进行护理管理可降低新冠肺炎病区红区医务人员呕吐的发生率,且可提高红区医务人员的满意度。
英文摘要:
      〖〗 purpose To explore the application of PDCA circulation pattern in the red area vomiting management of medical staff in the new coronavirus pneumonia area. Method Using the convenience sampling method, 277 medical staff who entered our Red Zone from February 19 to February 25, 2020 were selected as the control group, and 282 medical staff who entered the Red Zone from February 26 to March 4 were observed. group. The medical staff in the control group used the original workflow, and the medical staff in the observation group adopted the PDCA cycle mode workflow. The incidence of vomiting and the satisfaction of medical staff in the red zone were recorded and analyzed in the two groups. Result The incidence of vomiting in the red area medical staff in the observation group was significantly reduced, and the satisfaction rate of the red area medical staff was increased, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: The use of PDCA circulation mode for nursing management can reduce the incidence of vomiting in the red area medical staff in the new coronary pneumonia area, and can increase the satisfaction of the red area medical staff.
