      目的 探讨6σ(六西格玛)理论在肺癌患者健康教育中的应用效果。方法 将北京市某三甲肿瘤专科医院胸外科2019年2～5月的480例肺癌手术患者设为对照组,由责任护士完成入院宣教、围手术期健康宣教、出院指导及效果评价；将2019年6～9月的480例肺癌手术患者设为研究组,由6σ管理小组寻找肺癌患者健康宣教低效的原因并制定个性化宣教方案。采用自行设计的问卷对两组患者出院时健康教育知晓度及满意度调查、比较。结果 入院时研究组与对照组的健康教育知晓度及满意度均无显著差异,出院时研究组的健康教育知晓度及满意度均显著优于对照组(P<0．05)。结论 思维导图+6σ理论可有效提高肺癌患者健康教育效果。
英文摘要:
      Purpose To explore the effect of Six-Sigma Management in improving the awareness rate of health education and satisfaction to the hospital’s service. Method: The 408 patients with lung cancer from February to May 2019 were set as the control group, the admission education, perioperative health education, discharge guidance, and effect evaluation were completed by their responsible nurse. Other 480 patients with lung cancer from June to September 2019 were set as the study group, the 6σmanagement team found out why lung cancer patients were inefficient in their health promotion, and developed personalized communication programs for the reasons. The survey and satisfaction of health education when two groups of patients were discharged from hospital were investigate and compared with a self-designed questionnaire. Result: There were no significant differences in the awareness rate of health education and satisfaction to the hospital’s service between these two groups when admission, and the awareness rate of health education and satisfaction to the hospital’s service of the study group were significantly better than that of the control group upon discharge(P<0．05). Conclusion: Using Six-Sigma Management Approach can improve the awareness rate of health education and satisfaction to the hospital’s service.
