      目的 探讨血液肿瘤患者社会支持、述情障碍和生活质量三者间的关系。方法 在大连市某三级甲等医院采用便利抽样法选取260名血液肿瘤患者,发放一般资料调查表、多伦多述情障碍量表(TAS-20)、社会支持评定量表、生存质量量表(FACT-G)进行横断面调查。结果 述情障碍与生活质量呈显著负相关(r=-0.39,p＜0.01),述情障碍与社会支持呈显著负相关(r=-0.34,p＜0.01),社会支持与生活质量呈显著正相关(r=0.503,p＜0.01),社会支持在述情障碍与生活质量间存在中介作用,中介效应占总效应的52.4%。结论 社会支持在血液肿瘤患者述情障碍与生活质量间起中介作用,医务人员可以通过改善患者述情障碍水平和社会支持状况提高患者生活质量。
英文摘要:
      Objective To explore the relationship between social support, alexithymia and quality of life .Methods A cross-sectional survey was conducted among 260 patients with hematological malignancies in the dalian hospital by using convenience sampling method and the General Status Questionnaire , Toronto Alexithymia Scale (TAS-20), Social Support Scale and Quality of Life Scale (FACT-G). Results There was a significant negative correlation between alexithymia and quality of life (r = - 0.39, P < 0.01), between alexithymia and social support (r = - 0.34, P < 0.01), a significant positive correlation between social support and quality of life (r = 0.503, P < 0.01), and social support takes a mediating effect between alexithymia and quality of life (r = 0.503, P < 0.01),explaining 52.4% of the total effect. Conclusion Social support plays an intermediary role between alexithymia and quality of life in patients with hematological malignancies. Medical staff can improve the quality of life by improving the level of alexithymia and social support.
