      目的 调查广西省综合性医院助产士夜间工作效率现状及其影响因素,旨在为助产士管理者采取有针对性的管理策略提供参考。方法 便利选取本地区6所医院的175名助产士,采用《助产士日间倦怠量表》、听觉词汇学习记忆测试法及技术测定法进行调查。结果 助产士夜间工作效率为(89.16±14.55)min；年龄小、无子女、学历高、产科工作时间短、职称低、夜班数多的助产士夜间工作效率较低(P<0.05)；助产士日间倦怠总均分为(14.72±2.44)分,记忆功能总均分为(28.62±4.07)分,助产士夜间间接工作效率总分与日间倦怠总分(r=-0.697,P=0.000)呈一定负相关；与记忆能力总分(r=-0.939,P=0.000)呈一定正相关。结论 助产士夜间工作效率偏低；日间倦怠、记忆能力是助产士夜间工作效率的主要影响因素。
英文摘要:
      Objective To investigate the current situation and influencing factors of night work efficiency of midwives in general hospitals of Guangxi Province. Method Using convenience sampling,totally 175 midwife from six hospitals were investigated by using the midwife daytime burnout scale auditory vocabulary learning and memory test and the technical method．Result The direct workload index of midwives at night was 272.64, and the indirect work efficiency at night was (89.16 ± 14.55) min. The midwives with small age, no children, high education background, short working time in obstetrics, low professional title and many night shifts had lower indirect working efficiency at night (P < 0.05). The total average score of daytime burnout of midwives was (14.72 ± 2.44), the total average score of memory function was (28.62 ± 4.07), the total score of night indirect work efficiency of midwives was negatively correlated with the total score of daytime burnout (r = -0.697, P < 0.05), and positively correlated with the total score of memory ability (r = -0.939, P < 0.05). Conclusion The night work efficiency of midwives is low. Daytime burnout and memory ability are the main influencing factors of night work efficiency of midwives
