| 目的 调查新型冠状病毒疫情下护士执业环境与心理健康现状及两者的相关性，为制定针对性的干预措施提供科学依据。方法 2020年3月，采用整体抽样法，选取某区8家发热门诊定点医院高风险科室的护士为调查对象进行在线问卷调查。调查问卷包括调查对象的一般资料、护理执业环境现状量表及SCL-90症状自评量表。运用SPSS22.0统计软件对收集到的数据进行分析。结果 共计227名护士完成调查。护士对执业环境现状的总体评价得分为（82.35±20.00）分；护士执业环境各维度得分与SCL-90各因子得分呈显著负相关性（r1=-0.390，r2=-0.385，r3=-0.351，r4=-0.372，r5=-0.355，r6=-0.369，r7=-0.279，r8=-0.371，r9=-0.352，r10=0.391，P<0.001）。结论 执业环境各维度与SCL-90各因子间呈显著负相关性，即执业环境得分越低，SCL-90得分越高，心理健康水平越低，提示在重视护士执业环境的同时应重视护士的心理健康状态，促进护士队伍心理健康稳定。 |

| Objective To investigate the practice environment and mental health status of nurses under the new coronavirus epidemic situation and their correlation to provide scientific basis for the formulation of targeted intervention measures. Methods By using a holistic sampling method, the nurses in eight key departments of a fixed-point hospital in a district were surveyed online in March 2019 using the nursing practice environment status scale and the SCL-90 symptom self-assessment scale. The collected data is analyzed using SPSS22.0 statistical software. Results A total of 227 nurses completed the survey. Nurse's recognition of the current state of the practice environment is（82.35±20.00）, Positive risk factors for SCL-90 questionnaire. Nurse practice environment of the various dimensions score and SCL-90 factor score showed significant negative correlation (r1=-0.390, r2=-0.385, r3=-0.351, r4=-0.372, r5=-0.355, r6=-0.369, r7=-0.279, r8=-0.371, r9=-0.352, r10=0.391, P＜0.01). Conclusion There was a significant negative correlation between the various dimensions of the practice environment and the SCL-90 factors, the lower the scan age score, the lower the mental health level, which suggested that the nursing environment should be paid attention to the mental health status of nurses and promote the mental health stability of the nursing team. |
