      目的:探讨新冠期间急诊排班模式,优化岗位配置和排班方法,保证了急救工作的安全、有效的开展。方法:针对新冠期间急诊护士配置特点、工作性质、接诊情况,对排班方案随时调整,采取岗位调整与分时段排班相结合。结果:经过岗位调整及分时段排班后,在患者满意度方面无明显差异(P>0.05),在护士满意度、不良事件发生率及护士日均工作时间方面有明显改善(P<0.05)。结论:岗位调整与分时段排班相结合的排班模式效果良好,保证了新冠期间急诊工作的顺利开展、有效的实施,值得临床借鉴推广。

      [Abstract] Objective: To discuss the scheduling model, optimize the post allocation and scheduling method, and ensure the safe and effective development of first aid work during covid-19 in emergency department. Methods: According to the configuration characteristics, nature of work, and reception situation of emergency nurses during covid-19, the scheduling scheme was adjusted at any time, and the method of combining position adjustment with time-sharing scheduling was adopted. Results: After position adjustment and time-sharing scheduling, there was no significant difference in patient satisfaction (P>0.05), and significant improvement in nurse satisfaction, the incidence of adverse events, and the average daily working hours of nurses (P <0.05). Conclusions: The scheduling model combining position adjustment and time-sharing scheduling has a good effect, which ensures the smooth development and effective implementation of emergency work during covid-19, and the method is worthy of clinical reference and promotion.
