本文总结了2例新冠病毒核酸转阴患者肺移植术的手术室防控经验。手术室从术前准备、术中防控、术后处置这3方面,通过多个职能部门协调合作,从人力资源安排、物资对接管理、重点环节防控等三个方面,阐述了新冠肺炎肺移植手术室防控管理,以期为临床相关人员提供参考。

英文摘要:

This paper summarizes the experience of prevention and control of lung transplantation in patients with corona virus disease-19, with 2 cases attached.The operation room considers it a multi-disciplinary cooperation with multiple functional departments from the three aspects of preoperative preparation, intraoperative prevention and control, and postoperative management. It elaborates the prevention and control of lung transplantation patients with corona virus disease-19 in operation room from three aspects, including human resources arrangement, material docking management and key links prevention and control.So that,it could be used for reference.
