| 目的 通过梳理目前国内外有关ICU获得性衰弱干预的研究现状、热点与趋势,为后续该方面的研究提供思路。方法 检索中国知网及PubMed中ICU获得性衰弱干预的相关文献,运用CiteSpace、BICOMB软件对其进行数据的提取与分析。结果 纳入有效文献中文83篇、英文164篇；国内ICU获得性衰弱干预研究的数量呈大幅上升趋势,国外较平稳；国内热点干预措施主要为早期活动、中医穴位刺激、电刺激、胰岛素疗法、康复,国外主要为物理疗法、神经肌肉电刺激、康复。结论 英美两国于该研究领域中占主导地位；国内华东地区的研究力量最强。建议国内在该领域增强多中心合作意识、探索国外的类似干预在中国人群中的作用、增加不同干预之间的对比分析、基于循证构建干预策略、在继续探索中医干预对ICU-AW的影响的同时也要深剖其机制。 |

| Objective To analyze the research hotspots and development trends in the field of the intervention of ICU-acquired weakness, so as to provide evidence for further researches. Methods The related literatures of the intervention of ICU-acquired weakness in CNKI and PubMed were searched, and the data were extracted and analyzed by CiteSpace and BICOMB software. Results 83 articles in Chinese and 164 articles in English were included; the number of intervention studies on ICU-acquired weakness in China showed a significant upward trend, which was relatively stable abroad; domestic hot spot intervention measures mainly include early activity, acupoint stimulation of traditional Chinese medicine, electrical stimulation, insulin therapy and rehabilitation, while foreign ones primarily consist of physical therapy, neuromuscular electrical stimulation and rehabilitation. Conclusion Britain and the United States play a leading role in this research field, and the research strength in East China is the strongest in China. It is suggested that we should strengthen the awareness of polycentric cooperation in this field, explore the role of similar foreign interventions in the Chinese population, increase the comparative analysis of different interventions, construct intervention strategies based on evidence, and further explore the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine intervention on ICU-AW while continuing to explore the impact of traditional Chinese medicine intervention on this entity. |
