      目的 观察安全饮食管理链在首发脑卒中吞咽障碍患者中的应用效果。方法 选择2018年1月至2019年12月收治于我院的首发脑卒中且经洼田饮水试验评定为3至4级吞咽障碍者80例为研究样本,以是否接受安全饮食管理链干预为据分为两组,2018年1至12月接受常规安全饮食管理的40例病例设为对照组,2019年1至12月接受安全饮食管理链干预的40例病例设为试验组,对两组干预后的各观察指标进行比较。结果 试验组首发脑卒中吞咽障碍者出院后1月时、3月时吸入性肺炎发生率及吞咽障碍评分显著低于对照组,生活质量评分显著高于对照组,(P<0.05)。结论 采用安全饮食管理链对首发脑卒中吞咽障碍患者施加饮食干预,可显著改善该类病例吞咽功能障碍、降低其吸入性肺炎发生率、提升其生活质量。
英文摘要:
      Objective: To observe the effect of safe diet management chain in patients with first stroke dysphagia.Methods: Choose between January 2018 and December 2019 treated in our hospital"s starting and cerebral apoplexy through kubota drinking water test evaluation for 80 cases of grade 3 to 4 swallowing disorder as the research sample, whether to accept security food chain management intervention for according to divided into two groups, January 2018 to December for routine safety diet management of 40 cases as control group, 2019 December 1 to accept security diet intervention management chain of 40 patients were set as the experimental group, the observation indexes of two groups after the intervention. Results: In the experimental group, the incidence of aspiration pneumonia and the score of swallowing disorder at 1 month and 3 months after discharge were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the score of quality of life was significantly higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion: Dietary intervention with safe diet management chain can significantly improve the swallowing dysfunction, reduce the incidence of aspiration pneumonia and improve the quality of life in patients with first stroke dysphagia.
