| 目的 探索工作坊模式对于提高喉癌气管切开患者居家护理效果。方法 选取安徽省立医院南区耳鼻咽喉头颈外科首次行喉癌气管切开的73例患者及其各指定的一名主要照顾者为研究对象。2019年4—12月收治的37例患者及主要照顾者纳入观察组，2018年6月至2019年3月收治的36例患者及主要照顾者纳入对照组。观察组予以工作坊护理，对照组接受常规护理，对比两组喉癌气管切开患者居家护理效果和并发症。结果 观察组主要照顾者干预后套管居家护理知识知晓率、套管居家护理技能得分和自我效能得分明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）。观察组患者气切居家护理并发症（套管堵塞和造瘘口感染率）明显低于对照组（P＜0.05）。 结论 临床应用工作坊模式对喉癌气管切开患者进行居家护理培训能够有效提高患者自我护理知识和技能，明显降低居家护理并发症发生率，提高自我护理效能，值得推广。 |

| Purpose: This study was carried out to explore the effectiveness of workshop mode on home care for patients with laryngeal cancer after tracheotomy. Methods: Seventy-three patients with laryngeal cancer who underwent tracheotomy for the first time and their designated primary caregivers in the Department of Otorhinolaryngology head and neck Surgery in the Southern District of Anhui Provincial Hospital were selected as the study subjects. Thirty-seven patients and their primary caregivers admitted from April to December 2019 were included in the observation group, and 36 patients and their primary caregivers admitted from June 2018 to March 2019 were included in the control group. The observation group received workshop care, and the control group received usual care. The effectiveness and complications between two groups were compared. Results: The control group receiving workshop practice scored significantly higher in the knowledge rate, home care skill of tracheal cannula care, and self-efficacy assessment (P<0.05), with lesser complications(cannula blockage and fistula infection rate) (P<0.05). Conclusion: Clinical application of workshop mode in home care training for patients and with laryngeal cancer after tracheotomy and their caregivers can effectively improve patients' self-care knowledge and skills, significantly reduce the incidence of complications in home care, improve self-care efficiency, which is worth promoting.
