      【摘要】目的：通过深度访谈法调查老年2型糖尿病病人居家照护现况，为制定临床出院后延续护理提供依据。方法：采用目的抽样法选取2019年10月住院的60周岁以上2型糖尿病病人17名为研究对象，半结构法深度访谈，现象学分析法资料分析。结果：通过阅读、分析、归纳，提炼出3个主题：家庭支持非常重要与必要、居家照护能力有待提高、便捷求助通道急需构建。结论：重视家庭支持，加强对照护者群体的系统教育与情感支持，提供更便捷的健康援助通道，对提高T2DM病人生存质量有重要意义。
英文摘要:
      ［Abstract］Research Objective: This research has investigated the current situation of home care of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus by in-depth interview, so as to provide the basis for the development of clinical continuing care after discharge. Research methods: 17 type 2 diabetes patients over 60 years old who were hospitalized in October 2019 were selected as the research objects by objective sampling method. Results: through sorting through, analyzing and summarizing the data this research has received, results in three dimentions are extracted: family support is very important and essential, the ability of home care needs to be improved, and the convenient access to help needs to be constructed. Conclusion: it is important to pay attention to family support, strengthen systematic education and emotional support of the control group of nurses, and provide more convenient health assistance channels to improve the quality of life of T2DM patients.
