      目的 探讨中医定向透药对慢性盆腔炎湿热瘀结证疼痛症状的疗效观察。方法 选取我院2018年4月～2019年7月在妇科治疗的60例慢性盆腔炎患者,按照随机分组法分为观察组和对照组各30例,两组患者均在口服中药的基础上,观察组联合中医定向透药法,进行解除疼痛疗效的观察。结果 两组患者治疗1个疗程后的疼痛评分：观察组(0.6±0.49)低于对照组(2.29±0.53),P＜0.01；两组患者治疗1个疗程后的疼痛缓解率：观察组(86.7%)高于对照组(60%),P＜0.05；疼痛疗效满意度：观察组优于对照组(P＜0.001)。结论 中药定向透药解除慢性盆腔炎湿热瘀结证疼痛症状的效果优于单纯使用中药口服疗法的效果。
英文摘要:
      Objective: To explore the therapeutic effect of traditional chinese medicine directed transdermal therapy on the pain symptoms of chronic pelvic inflammation with syndrome of damp heat and stasis. Methods: From April 2018 to July 2019, 60 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 30 cases in each group. On the basis of oral traditional Chinese medicine, the observation group combined with traditional chinese medicine directional penetration method to observe the pain relief effect. Results: The pain score of the two groups after one course of treatment: the observation group (0.6 ± 0.49) was lower than the control group (2.29 ± 0.53), P < 0.01; the pain relief rate of the two groups after the first course of treatment: the observation group (86.7%) was higher than the control group (60%), P < 0.05; the pain effect satisfaction: the observation group was better than the control group (P < 0.001). Conclusion: The effect of traditional chinese medicine directed penetration therapy is better than that of traditional Chinese medicine alone.
