      目的 制订终末期肾脏病患者透析选择决策辅助方案，并探讨其应用效果。方法 2018年11月至2019年10月，选取在上海交通大学医学院附属仁济医院肾内科门诊规律随访的终末期肾脏病患者，所有患者的随访医生与随访护士均相对固定。以2018年11月-2019年4月收治的49例为对照组，实施常规随访；以2019年5-10月收治的49例为观察组，在常规随访基础上实施透析前决策辅助方案。结果 观察组对透析决策知识掌握优于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组的决策冲突水平低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 终末期肾脏病患者透析选择的决策辅助方案可有效提高患者的透析选择的知识水平，降低其决策冲突。
英文摘要:
      Objective To explore effects of application of a decision aid for end stage renal disease patients considering peritoneal dialysis and hemodialysis in decision-making. Methods From November 2018 to October 2019, patients with end-stage renal disease who meet the dialysis indications of the “Standard for Diagnosis and Treatment of Renal Internal Medicine” were selected for regular outpatient follow-up, and the follow-up doctors and follow-up nurses of all patients were relatively fixed. 49 cases from November 2018 to April 2019 were used as control group with routine follow-up. A total of 49 patients from May to October 2019 were selected as the experimental group and a pre-dialysis decision support program was performed based on routine follow-up. Result The experimental group had better knowledge of dialysis decision-making than the control group (p < 0.05). The level of decision-making conflict in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group (p < 0.05). Conclusion The decision-making assistant scheme about dialysis choice of end-stage renal disease patients can effectively improve their knowledge of dialysis choice, reduce their decision-making conflicts .
