      摘要:目的 调查不同年级本科护生职业价值观的现状,探讨其影响因素。方法 采用目的抽样连续选样的方法,运用一般资料调查问卷表和护士职业价值观量表,调查护理学院四个年级的298位本科护生。结果 不同年级的本科护生职业价值观总分分别为:大一年级99.34±13.3,大二年级94.68±13.57,大三年级95.51±13.44,大四年级91.91±13.46,处于较高的水平。职业价值观的影响因素有平均绩点、专业喜爱度、护理科研喜爱度、国际交流项目喜爱度、母亲支持度、父亲支持度和授帽仪式。结论 本科护生职业价值观表现出积极的态度,大一学生的职业价值观显著高于大四学生。可以从自身层面、家庭层面、学校层面和社会层面根据不同的年级和影响因素,开展有针对性的培养和教育工作,帮助本科护生形成更加积极、端正和健康的职业价值观。

      Abstract:Objective The method of objective sampling and continuous sampling is adopted to investigate the status of professional values of undergraduate nursing students in different grades and explore the influencing factors. Methods: A total of 298 undergraduate nursing students in four grades of nursing college were investigated by using general information questionnaire and nurse professional values scale. Results: The total scores of professional values of undergraduate nursing students in different grades were (99.34±13.3)in freshmen, (94.68±13.57) in sophomores, (95.51±13.44)in juniors and (91.91±13.46) in senior. The influencing factors of professional values were grade point average, professional preference, nursing research preference, international exchange project preference, mother support, father support and hat-giving ceremony. Conclusion: The professional values of undergraduate nursing students show a positive attitude. The professional values of freshmen are significantly higher than those of senior students. According to different grades and influencing factors, we can carry out targeted training and education at the self level, family level, school level and social level to help undergraduate nursing students form more positive, correct and healthy professional values.
