| 目的 探讨下肢淋巴水肿对宫颈癌患者生活质量的影响，为医务人员有针对性地实施干预提供依据。方法 采用现象学研究法，对12例下肢淋巴水肿的宫颈癌患者进行半结构式深入访谈，采用Colaizzi分析法进行资料分析、提炼主题。结果 将下肢淋巴水肿对宫颈癌患者生活质量的影响归纳为7个主题：疾病相关知识缺乏；社会支持系统不足；多种生理症状并存；情绪认知改变；社会功能减弱；夫妻关系改变；经济压力沉重。结论 下肢淋巴水肿严重影响了患者的生活质量，各级医疗卫生机构应重视对患者生理、心理、社会功能等方面的关注，加强淋巴水肿患者健康宣教，提升患者健康素养水平；加强全民科普，强化社会支持系统；为患者提供多途径心理干预方法，缓解不良情绪，重塑疾病治疗信心；规范淋巴水肿治疗，完善医疗报销体系，减轻患者经济负担，从而提高患者生活质量。 |

| To explore the influence of lower limb lymphedema on the quality of life of cervical cancer patients, in order to provide reference for medical workers to implement targeted intervention. Methods Using the phenomenological
method,twelve cervical cancer patients with lower limb lymphedema using purposive sampling method and a semi-structured interviewe was conducted with them. Colaizzi analysis was used to analyze the data and refine the theme .Result The influence of lymphedema of lower extremity on the quality of life of cervical cancer patients was summarized into seven themes: lack of disease-related knowledge; lack of social support system; coexistence of multiple physiological symptoms; change of emotional cognition; weakening of social function; change of marital relationship; heavy economic pressure. Conclusion Lower limb lymphedema seriously affects the quality of life of patients. Medical and health institutions at all levels should pay attention to the physiological, psychological and social functions of patients, strengthen health education for lymphedema patients, and improve the health literacy level of patients. Strengthening popular science and strengthening social support system; To provide patients with multi-channel psychological intervention methods to relieve bad emotions and rebuild confidence in disease treatment; Standardize lymphedema treatment, improve the medical reimbursement system, reduce the economic burden of patients, thus improving the quality of life of patients. |
