目的 研究正念减压法对妊娠晚期妇女睡眠质量、生活质量和抑郁的改善状况。方法 采用方便抽样法,以匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表、世界卫生组织生活质量简表及爱丁堡抑郁量表为评价指标,对130例孕晚期妇女随即分为对照组和干预组,干预组采用正念减压法进行治疗。结果 对照组的妊娠晚期妇女睡眠质量均分为6.68±2.95分,生活质量均分为58.24±6.72分,EPDS平均得分为7.75±4.73;干预组妊娠晚期妇女睡眠质量均分为9.16±1.12分,生活质量均分为103.25±9.25分,EPDS平均得分为5.80±3.92分。三组数据之间均有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论 正念减压法对妊娠晚期妇女睡眠质量、生活质量和抑郁状况均有较大的改善,产科临床应建立完整的妊娠晚期睡眠质量、生活质量和抑郁状况管理体系,对出现异常的妊娠晚期妇女及时进行正念减压干预,以改善睡眠,降低抑郁发生率,提高其生活质量。 |

Objective The purpose of this study was to study the effect of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction on sleep quality, life quality and depression of late pregnant . Methods Using the convenient sampling method, 130 late pregnancy were immediately divided into a control group and an intervention group,the intervention group was treated with Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction. Using the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index, WHO Quality of Life-BREF (WHOQOL-BREF) and Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale (EPDS) as evaluation indicators. Results The mean sleep quality scores for late pregnancy in the control group was 6.68±2.95, and the mean life quality scores was 58.24±6.72 and the mean EPDS scores were 7.75±4.73. Themean sleep quality scores for late pregnancy in the intervention group was 9.16±1.12, and the mean life quality scores was 103.25±9.25. and the mean EPDS scores were 5.80±3.92. There are significant differences between the three groups of data (P<0.05). Conclusions The mindfulness decompression method has greatly improved the quality of sleep, quality of life and depression of late pregnant. The Obstetrics clinics should establish a complete management system for sleep quality, quality of life and depression in the third trimester. Women with abnormalities in the late pregnant should take timely Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction to improve sleep, reduce the incidence of depression, and improve their quality of life. |
