目的应用德尔菲(Delphi)专家咨询法构建护生机器人辅助泌尿外科手术护理课程。方法通过前期调查以及文献回顾,确定护生机器人辅助泌尿外科手术护理课程专家咨询表,运用德尔菲法向19名专家进行2轮咨询。结果专家2轮函询的系数均为100.0%,充分反映了专家对本研究的支持。两轮专家平均权威系数为 0.87,说明咨询结果可信。各指标的变异系数均<0.25,专家意见的协调系数为0.269～0.322,经检验后具有显著性(P<0.001),说明专家意见协调性好,预测结果可取。最终确定护生机器人辅助泌尿外科手术护理课程内容,包括一级指标3 个、二级指标8个和三级指标37个。结论专家的积极系数和权威系数均较高,专家意见的变异系数和协调系数均符合统计学要求,最终形成的结果具有一定的实际意义和参考价值,可为护生进行机器人辅助泌尿外科手术护理课程教学提供参考。

英文摘要:

Objective To investigate experts’ advice about the curricula of Da Vinci robot-assisted urological surgeries for nursing students. Methods Consultation questionnaire on the curricular content of Da Vinci robot-assisted urological surgeries was established after a pilot investigation and literature review．Nineteen experts were consulted in two-rounds process. Results Experts’ response rates of 2 round consultation were all 100.0%. Experts’ authority coefficient was 0.87 and Kendall coefficient of concordance 0.269～0.322, both of which indicated statistical significance (P<0.001). The curricula content of Da Vinci robot-assisted urological surgeries for nursing students were confirmed after two rounds of consultations, including 3 items in Grade l、8 in Grade 2 and 37 in Grade 3. Conclusion The final results can provide reference for Da Vinci robot-assisted urological surgeries nursing courses for nursing students which can be confirmed from high positive involvement and high authority coefficient and from the variation coefficients and coordination coefficients meeting requirements of statistics.
