      癌症复发恐惧（Fear of Cancer Recurrence，FCR）是指患者存在与癌症复发或进展的可能性相关的恐惧和担忧。一篇临床实践指南指出，癌症患者普遍存在较为严重的癌症复发恐惧，不仅影响患者生理、心理和社会功能，还影响患者预后，甚至降低其生活质量，导致患者自杀，十分有必要探究癌症患者复发恐惧水平及影响因素。但国内针对癌症患者复发恐惧的相关研究仍处于起步阶段，以描述性和相关性研究为主，且多集中在乳腺癌患者中，癌症患者复发恐惧的相关因素仍不明确。因此，本研究将国内外癌症复发恐惧现状、测量工具和影响因素综述如下，为今后探究癌症患者复发恐惧的相关研究提供理论依据和借鉴。
英文摘要:
      Fear of Cancer Recurrence (FCR) is regarded as the fears and worries of patients related to the possibility of cancer recurrence or progression. A clinical practice guideline pointed out that cancer patients generally have a serious fear of cancer recurrence, which not only affects the patient’s physical, psychological and social functions, but also affects the patient’s prognosis, and even reduces the level of their quality of life, leading to their suicide. It is very necessary to explore the level and influencing factors of fear of cancer recurrence in patients. However, domestic research on the fear of recurrence of cancer patients is still in its infancy. It mainly focuses on descriptive and correlational studies, and most of them are concentrated in breast cancer patients. The Influencing factors of fear of recurrence of cancer patients are still unclear. Therefore, the aim of this review was to identify the measurement tools，biopsychosocial factors involved in the fear of cancer recurrence of patients with cancer , and provides theoretical basis and reference for future research related to cancer patients’ fear of recurrence.
