      目的 探究中医综合护理对预防慢性心衰患者压伤的临床效果。方法 选取103例住院Ⅲ级慢性心衰病高危压伤预警患者作为研究对象，患者分组为干预组、对照组，干预组在予以常规压伤预防护理的基础上结合中医综合护理，对照组即予以常规压伤预防护理措施。比较两组患者护理措施实施7天以及14天Braden评分及患者满意度。结果 干预组Brand平均分值为（11.10±0.84）分；对照组Brand平均分值为（11.12±0.80）分，优于对照组；干预组患者满意度97.16%（p<0.05），优于对照组。结论 常规压伤预防护理结合中医综合护理预防慢性心衰患者压伤效果确切，可显著提高压伤Brand评分，提高满意度。
英文摘要:
      Objective to explore the comprehensive nursing care on the prevention of traditional Chinese medicine clinical effect of chronic heart failure patients. Methods select 103 cases hospitalized Ⅲ level warning patients at high risk of chronic heart failure disease crushed as the research object, the patients were grouped into intervention group and control group, intervention group in shall be regular crushed preventive nursing combined with integrated nursing of TCM, on the basis of the control shall be regular crushed preventive nursing measures. Compare two groups of patient care measures 7 days and 14 days Braden score and patient satisfaction. Results intervention group Brand average score was (11.10 + 0.84); The control group Brand the average score was (11.12 + 0.80) points, better than the control group; Patient satisfaction intervention group 97.16% (p < 0.05), better than the control group. Conclusion regular crushed preventive nursing of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) combined with comprehensive prevention in patients with chronic heart failure bruised effect is exact, can significantly improve the crushed Brand score, improve the degree of satisfaction.
