目的：分析留置导尿注水量的研究进展,为临床护理工作提供理论支持。方法：回顾性分析留置导尿注水量的实验性研究报导。检索中国知网,万方,SinoMed等数据库,纳入多项注水量研究文献。结果：重度水肿患者最佳留置导尿注水量为7±2ml；妇科手术患者最佳留置导尿注水量为3～4 ml；老年男性/前列腺增生最佳注水量5ml左右；老年女性患者留置导尿最佳注水量15～20 mL。结论：研究显示最佳注水量与留置导尿不良事件的发生有直接关系,最佳注水量在不同临床情况下有着差异。临床护理人员,应根据患者具体情况,选择合适的注水量。

英文摘要:

Objective: To analyze the progress of water injection in indwelling catheterization, and to provide theoretical support for clinical nursing work. Methods: A retrospective study were conduct to investigate the water injection rate of indwelling catheterization. Retrieval of CNKI, Wanfang, SinoMed and other databases, including a number of water injection research. Results: Patients with edema best indwelling catheter injection volume was 7 + 2ml; the best gynecological surgery patients indwelling catheter injection for 3 - 4 ml; senile male prostate hyperplasia / the best injection amount is about 5ml; the best water injection 15~20 mL indwelling catheterization in elderly female patients. Conclusion: The study shows that the optimal water injection has a direct relationship with the adverse events of indwelling catheterization, and the optimal water injection volume varies in different clinical situations. Clinical nurses should select appropriate water injection according to the specific conditions of patients.
