      目的 了解上海市三级甲等医院神经科护士的队伍基础情况和专科能力现状,为神经科专科护士的培养提供现实依据。 方法 采用问卷调查法,对上海市三级甲等医院神经科护士的基本资料和专科能力进行调查。 结果 调查了上海市17家三级甲等医院48个神经科室,共回收有效问卷709份。上海市神经科护士现以大专学历为主,主要为护师职称,护士层级管理尚不统一；神经科护士的专科能力平均得分为(74.89±12.744)分,态度维度得分最高(82.24±14.649)分,科研创新维度得分最低(60.88±17.591)分；影响因素分析结果显示,专科能力与年龄、学历、技术职称、岗位级别和神经科工作年限有关,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。 结论 医院管理者应根据神经科护士临床现况与需求进行专科护士培养,建立符合我国国情的专科护士聘用与管理机制,促进神经科专科护士能力提升。
英文摘要:
      Objective To understand the status quo of neurological nurses and their specialist abilities third-grade class-A hospital in Shanghai, and to provide practical basis for the training of neuroscience nurses. Methods Questionnaire survey was used to investigate the basic data and specialist abilities of neurology nurses in Shanghai. Result There were 48 neurological departments in 17 third-grade class-A hospitals, and 709 valid questionnaires were collected. Neurological nurses in Shanghai are mainly nurses with junior college education, mainly nurses’ professional titles, but the post classification is not uniform; the bed-to-nurse ratio in general wards is 1:0.463; the score of neurological nurses" professional ability is (74.89±12.744). There were significant differences of neurological nurses" specialist ability scores of different ages, academic qualifications, technical titles, post-levels and neurological working years (P<0.05). Conclusion Hospital managers should cultivate specialist nurses according to the clinical status and needs of neurological nurses, establish a mechanism of employment and management of specialist nurses in line with China"s national conditions, and promote the ability of specialist nurses in neurology.
