| 目的：探析个体化健康教育在结肠镜检查患者检前肠道准备中的应用效果。方法：选取2019年1月-12月在我院接受结肠镜检查的800例患者作为研究对象,基于乱数表法分成研究组和对照组,各400例；对照组检查前实施常规宣教,研究组则实施个体化健康教育,对比分析两组患者肠道准备相关依从性,并评估肠道清洁度,通过问卷掌握患者的宣教满意度。结果：研究组检前肠道准备中合理饮食依从率、遵医服药依从率分别为98.00%、100.00%,对照组分别为85.75%、83.50%,相比差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。研究组肠道清洁合格率为99.00%,优于对照组的90.25%(P＜0.05)。通过问卷调查,研究组患者宣教满意度为98.50%,显著高于对照组的85.00%(P＜0.05)。结论：在结肠镜检查前肠道准备中对患者实施个体化健康教育,有助于增强患者依从性,提高肠道清洁度,并可提升宣教满意度,有着重要临床意义。 |

| Objective：Analyze the application effect of individualized health education in bowel preparation before colonoscopy. Methods：800 patients who underwent colonoscopy in our hospital from January to December 2019 were selected as the research objects. Based on the random number table method, they were divided into a study group and a control group, each with 400 cases; the control group carried out routine education before the examination, and the study group carried out Individualized health education, comparative analysis of the compliance of the intestinal preparation of the two groups of patients, and assessment of the cleanliness of the intestines, and grasp the patient’s satisfaction with education through questionnaires. Results：The compliance rate of reasonable diet and medication compliance in the study group before intestinal preparation were 98.00% and 100.00%, respectively, while those in the control group were 85.75% and 83.50%, respectively. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The pass rate of intestinal cleansing in the study group was99.00%, which was better than 90.25% in the control group (P<0.05). According to the questionnaire survey, the satisfaction of the study group was 98.50%, which was significantly higher than the 85.00% of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion：Individualized health education for patients in bowel preparation before colonoscopy can help enhance patient compliance, improve bowel cleanliness, and increase satisfaction with education and education, which has important clinical significance. |
