      摘要 目的:探究聚己双胍对压力性损伤患者的创面管理作用。方法:收集3期、4期压力性损伤患者共114例、伤口130处,分两组均追踪一个月。对照组用生理盐水清洗后更换水胶体敷料,实验组用聚己双胍清洁湿敷换药,追踪首末次创面面积愈合情况、创面PH值及创面病原菌。结果:经过治疗实验组压力性损伤创面面积平均愈合率为61.58%,对照组创面面积愈合率为39.47%。实验组PH值减小率为9.06%,对照组PH值减小率为6.17%。实验组接诊时病原菌检出率78.79%,四周末病原菌阳性检出率为45.45%;对照组接诊时病原菌检出率78.13%,四周末病原菌阳性检出率为68.75%。结论:聚己双胍对压力性损伤创面疗效及创面细菌均有明显效果。

      Abstract Objective: To explore the clinical effect of polyhexanide on patients with pressure injury and its influence on wound bacteria. Methods: A total of 114 patients with stage 3 and stage 4 pressure injuries and 130 wounds were collected and followed for one month in two groups.The control group was washed with normal saline and then replaced with hydrocolloid dressings, and the experimental group was changed with polyhexabiguanide cleansing wet dressings to track the healing of the first and last wounds, wound pH and bacterial culture of wound pathogens.Results: After treatment, the average healing rate of the pressure injury wound area in the experimental group was 61.58%, and that in the control group was 39.47%.The decrease rate of PH value in the experimental group was 9.06%, and that in the control group was 6.17%.The detection rate of pathogenic bacteria in the experimental group was 78.79% at the time of admission, and the positive rate of pathogenic bacteria was 45.45% at the end of the week; in the control group, the rate of pathogenic bacteria detection at the time of admission was 78.13%, and the positive rate of pathogenic bacteria at the four-weekend was 68.75%.Conclusion: After polyhexabiguanide treatment, the pressure injury has improved significantly, and the pathogenic bacteria on the wound surface have been significantly reduced. The pH value is a factor that affects the bacteria.
