      目的 探讨一种简化的患者主观整体评估用营养自测盘的制作与应用效果。方法 选择2020年1月-3月收治于复旦大学附属中山医院肿瘤内科患者40例,由护士指导后先后使用简化的患者主观整体评估的自测盘、纸张版和电子版进行自我评估,比较这三种检测方法间操作便捷、可接受度、准确性及便于保存。结果 经过组间比较显示,三种营养评估自测方法的操作便捷、可接受度、准确性及便于保存方面,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);进一步两两比较显示,操作便捷、可接受度方面,自测盘均优于其他2种方法(P<0.05),准确性、便于保存方面,自测盘、电子版优于纸质版(P<0.05)。结论 一种简化的患者主观整体评估用营养自测盘更大程度增加患者使用时的便捷性、准确性,且易于接受和保存。
英文摘要:
      Objective to explore a kind of simplified subjective overall assessment of patients with nutritional self-test plate production and application effect. Methods in January 2020-3 month treatment in 40 patients with affiliated zhongshan hospital of fudan university and oncology, directed by nurses after successively using the simplified patients subjective overall assessment of self-test tray, paper version and electronic self assessment, comparison between the three methods of testing operation is convenient and acceptable degree, accuracy, and easy to save. Results after group, according to the comparison between three kinds of nutrition assessment self-test method of operation is convenient and acceptable degree, accuracy, and easy to save, differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05); Two further comparison shows, the operation is convenient and acceptable degree, self-test plate is superior to other two methods (P < 0.05), the accuracy, easy to save, self-test plate, electronic version is better than that of print (P < 0.05). Conclusions a simplified patients subjective overall assessment is a greater increase in nutrition self-test tray patients when using convenience, accuracy, and easy to accept and save.
