      摘要：目的　深入了解三级甲等医院造口治疗师与医生合作现状，分析影响医护合作的因素，并提出相应的干预策略。方法　采用目的抽样法，选择全国10 家三级甲等综合性医院的13 名造口治疗师为研究对象，采用半结构式访谈，并做资料记录，现场录音，运用 Colaizzi 的7 步分析法进行分析并提炼主题。结果　造口治疗师与医生合作现状总体良好，影响因素涵盖管理体制缺失、理念冲突、职业认同感低及医护工作时间不一致等多个方面。结论　造口治疗师与医生合作的影响因素涉及多个方面，提示医院及护理管理者在保持发展的同时可针对性地采取有效措施，改善专科护理工作环境。
英文摘要:
      Abstract：Objective To describe the nurses' perceptions of nurse-physician collaboration, explore the related factors, and put forward corresponding improvement strategies. Methods　A total of 13 nurses from 10 tertiary hospitals in China were interviewed by a semi-structured questionnaire. Data were analyzed and summarized according to Colaizzi’s 7-step analysis method. Results The cooperation between Enterostomal Therapists and doctors is generally good. The influencing factors included lack of management system, conflict of ideas, low professional identity and inconsistent working hours. Conclusions The influencing factors involve many aspects. Hospitals and nursing managers should take effective measures to improve the nursing working environment while maintaining development.
