      目的：探讨多元化护理干预管理对髌骨骨折患者术后疼痛和功能恢复影响。方法：选取2018年1月-2019年12月髌骨骨折患者48例，随机分为两组，各为24例。一组为普通疼痛管理，有另一组为多元化护理干预管理。比较两组疼痛程度，膝关节功能评分，焦虑状态评分和疼痛管理满意度。结果：多元化护理干预管理组术后疼痛评分显著低于普通疼痛管理组，膝关节功能评分及焦虑评分均优于普通疼痛管理组，疼痛管理满意度高于普通疼痛管理组，差异有统计学意义（P < 0.05)。结论：多元化护理干预管理较普通疼痛管理更能有效缓解髌骨骨折患者术后疼痛，改善功能恢复。
英文摘要:
      To investigate the effect of diversified nursing intervention management on postoperative pain management and functional recovery of patella fracture. Methods: 48 patients with patella fracture from January 2018 to December 2019 were randomly divided into two groups, each with 24 patients. One group was general pain management, and the other group was diversified nursing intervention management. Pain degree, knee function score, anxiety status score and pain management satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results: Postoperative pain score of the diversified nursing intervention management group was significantly lower than that of the general pain management group, knee function score and anxiety score were better than that of the general pain management group, and pain management satisfaction was higher than that of the general pain management group, with statistically significant differences (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Compared with common pain management, diversified nursing intervention management can effectively relieve postoperative pain and improve functional recovery in patients with patella fracture.
