      目的 探讨糖尿病赋能教育工作坊在社区站点护士培训中的效果。方法 设计基于引导技术的糖尿病赋能教育工作坊,培训社区站点护士,培训结束后,分别评价护士和糖尿病患者的自我效能,护士的学习体会。结果 站点护士自我效能得分,培训前1.640.48,培训后为2.850.43;培训满意度为100%。赋能家访组患者自我效能得分高于常规家访组,差异有统计学意义,P结论 糖尿病赋能教育工作坊,能有效提高社区卫生站护士的自我效能及赋能教育能力。

      OBJECTIVE To explore the effect of diabetic empowerment education workshop based on guided technology on nurse training in community sites. Methods An education workshop on diabetic empowerment based on guided techniques was designed to train nurses in community sites. After the training, the self-efficacy of nurses and diabetic patients, as well as the learning experience of trained nurses, were evaluated respectively. Results The self-efficacy score of the site nurses was 1.640.48 before training and 2.850.43 after training. The training satisfaction level is 100%. The self-efficacy score of patients in the home visit group was higher than that in the conventional home visit group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01). Conclusion The apoplexy enabling education workshop based on guided technology can effectively improve the self-efficacy and enabling education ability of nurses in community health stations.
