      目的:探讨交互式陪伴模式对缓解住院患儿及家属焦虑情绪与护理服务感知度的影响。方法:选取2019月06月~2020年06月我院内科病房的120例患儿为研究对象,按照随机数字表分为干预组和对照组,每组各60例。对照组患儿给予常规的治疗和心理护理,干预组患儿在对照组的基础上由经过专门培训的护士采用线下+线上结合的方式进行交互式阅读。比较干预前后两组患儿焦虑障碍自评量表、患儿家属焦虑自评量表评分及护士对家属支持量表得分。结果:干预组和对照组在干预后患儿焦虑评分为33.57±7.35、35.33±6.99,患儿家属焦虑在干预前后的焦虑评分35.59±5.92、36.85±7.10,差别均无具有统计学意义(P>0.05),但两组干预前后患儿焦虑评分差值差别有统计学意义(Z=3.034,P<0.05);在护士对家属支持总分方面,干预组显著高于对照组,差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:交互式阅读陪伴模式能降低住院患儿的焦虑程度,同时提高家属的护士服务感知度。这种陪伴式阅读不但增加了患儿及家属互动,还帮助患儿更好地了解医疗程序,降低对医院的恐惧。
英文摘要:
      Objective To explore the effect of Interactive Companionship Mode on relieving anxiety in hospitalized children and their families. Methods 120 children admitted to our hospital from June 2019 to June 2020 in the Department of Respiratory and Digestive were enrolled in the study. They were divided into intervention group and control group according to the random number table, with 60 cases in each group. The children in the control group were given routine treatment and psychological care, the children in the intervention group were received parent-mediated reading intervention led by specially trained nurses on the basis of the routine care. They read the picture book Including medical narratives such as "I am not afraid of injections" and "Nervous Hospital" on the first night and the second night after admission. At the same time, the WeChat group was established to regularly push picture book during hospitalization. The self-assessment scale of anxiety disorders of children and family members, nurses’ support score by family members were compared before and after intervention. Results The anxiety scores of children in the intervention group and the control group after intervention were 33.57 ± 7.35, 35.33 ± 6.99, and the anxiety scores of the family members before and after the intervention were 35.59 ± 5.92 ,36.85 ± 7.10. There was no statistically significant difference (P> 0.05 ), But the difference in anxiety scores between the two groups before and after intervention was statistically significant (Z = 3.034, P <0.05); in the total score of nurses ’support scores to their families, the intervention group was significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion Interactive Companionship Mode can effectively reduce the anxiety of hospitalized children, while alleviating the parents’ anxiety caused by the children’ disease. This companion reading not only increases the interaction between the child and their family, but also helps the child to better understand medical procedures that reduce fear of the hospital.
