| 目的 对我国术后恶心呕吐护理相关文献进行分析,探索其研究现状,为规范术后恶心呕吐患者护理干预和进一步研究提供参考。 方法 检索收录在中国知网(CNKI)、维普中文科技期刊数据库和万方学术期刊数据库中与术后恶心呕吐有关的文献,对文献的年度变化、期刊分布、研究内容、研究方法等进行分析。结果 共纳入相关文献199篇；刊载在核心期刊的PONV护理相关文献仅占总文献量的13.57%；发表过2篇相关文献的作者仅有3%,且无作者发表更多相关文献；仅有6.53%的文献有基金支持；研究设计和研究方法单一,主要为类实验研究(68.84%)和经验总结(16.58%)；研究内容主要聚焦于护理干预,尤其是中医护理干预,但尚未得到临床推广。结论 PONV护理相关研究尚需进一步深入,可借助现有高质量的研究成果,规范护士行为,改变临床护理常规,促进护理专业的发展。 |

| Objective Analyze the relevant literature of the research on the present situation of postoperative nausea and vomiting nursing in China, and explore its present situation, so as to provide reference for standardizing nursing intervention and further research of postoperative nausea and vomiting patients. Methods All published papers related to the research on the postoperative nausea and vomiting nursing were retrieved from CNKI, VIP Chinese science and technology database and Wanfang academic database. The annual number of publication, journal distribution, research contents and methods were analyzed. Results A total of 199 related literatures were included, the literatures about PONV nursing published in core journals only accounted for 13.57% of all. Only 3% of the authors had published two related papers, and no authors had published more. Only 6.53% of the literatures were supported by funds; The research design and methods were single, mainly consisted of quasi-experimental study (68.84%) and experience summary (16.58%). The research content mainly focuses on nursing intervention, especially traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention, but it has not been promoted clinically. Conclusions Further in-depth research on PONV nursing is needed. The existing high-quality research results can be used to standardize nurses" behavior, change clinical nursing routine and promote the development of nursing profession. |
