| [摘要] 目的: 通过分析急诊临时观察室（临观室）现状特点，为提高护理管理策略提供实践依据。方法: 搜集2019年1月-12月瑞金医院留观患者基本信息、疾病分类、转归信息、出入观情况和患者满意度等数据，分析临观室现况特点及护理对策效果。结果: 2019年全年总入观患者数2207人,平均年龄66.81±18.98岁；总出观患者数2211人，其中病情缓解出观人数为1184 人，平均留观天数为9.64±51.65天。入观患者中，2个以上诊断占20.25%，排名前三位疾病分别为神经系统疾病、呼吸系统和消化系统疾病；一年内病情缓解出观人数最多分布在3月、4月、5月，每月危重患者数（死亡患者+病情加重转回抢救室患者）人数最多的月份为12月、1月和2月。患者对护理工作的满意度平均分为98.27±2.128，其中扣分最多为告知解释扣28.12分。结论:根据临观室现状特点改进护理工作和管理策略,有利于提升护理质量和患者的就医体验。

| Abstract：Objective：To provide practical basis for improving nursing management strategy by analyzing the current situation and characteristics of emergency observation room. Methods: From January to December 2019 in Ruijin Hospital, we collected the basic information, disease classification, outcome information of patients, and patient satisfaction,and analyzed the current situation of observation room and the effect of nursing countermeasures. Results: In the whole year of 2019, there were 2207 patients with an average age of 66.81 ± 18.98 years old; the total number of patients out of observation was 2211, including 1184 patients with remission, and the average stay time was 9.64 ± 51.65 days. Among the patients, more than two diagnoses accounted for 20.25%, and the top three diseases were nervous system disease, respiratory system disease and digestive system disease;In one year, the number of patients with remission was the most in March, April and may, and the number of critical patients (death patients + patients returning to the rescue room) was the most in December, January and February. The average score of patients' satisfaction with nursing work was 98.27 ± 2.128, of which 28.12 points were deducted for informing and explaining. Conclusion： Improving the nursing management strategy according to the characteristics of the clinical observation room, is helpful to advance the quality of nursing care and the patient's medical experience.
