      目的 探究烧伤病房康复训练延伸指导路径对烧伤患者肌力、步行功能和手功能的影响,为烧伤患者早期康复提供参考方向。方法 便利抽样选取我院烧伤科2019年6月-12月25例患者为对照组,给与常规康复治疗和护理;2020年5月-10月25例患者为实验组,实施康复训练延伸指导路径。采用肌力分级、Holden步行功能分类和Michigan手功能问卷评估训练前和出院前的肌力、步行功能和手功能。结果 实施康复训练延伸指导路径后实验组的肌力、步行功能和手功能改善效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 本研究制定的烧伤患者病房康复训练延伸指导路径经临床验证具有一定的实用性、可行性和便捷性,在强化烧伤患者住院期间四肢肌力、步行功能和手功能方面效果显著,可广泛应用。
英文摘要:
      Objective To explore the effect of extended guidance path of rehabilitation training on muscle strength, walking function and hand function of burn patients in burn ward, so as to provide reference direction for early rehabilitation of burn patients. Methods Convenient sampling was used to select 25 patients in burn department of our hospital from June to December in 2019 as the control group, who were given routine rehabilitation treatment and nursing; 25 patients from May to October in 2020 as the experimental group, who were given extended guidance path of rehabilitation training. The classification of walking function, hand function, and Holden"s hand function before discharge were used. Results Muscle strength, walking function and hand function of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Extended guidance path of rehabilitation training in burn patients" ward constructed in this study is proved to be practical, feasible and convenient. It has significant effect in strengthening limb muscle strength, walking function and hand function of burn patients during hospitalization, and can be widely used.
