      目的 探讨职业延迟满足在建言行为对器官移植专科护士职业生命质量影响机制中的中介作用。 方法 采用一般情况调查问卷、建言行为量表、职业生命质量量表、职业延迟满足量表对福州市2所三级甲等医院具器官移植资质科室的180名护士进行调查。 结果 建言行为、职业延迟满足与职业生命质量呈正相关(P<0.01);工作延迟满足和促进性建言行为是职业生命质量重要预测因子(β=0.37~0.48,P<0.001),自变量对其变异的解释能力增加了36.2%(P<0.001);职业延迟满足在建言行为与职业生命质量间起中介作用(B=0.1079, 0.0492~0.1786)。 结论 护理管理者应采取多种措施提升器官移植专科护士建言行为与职业延迟满足,进而提高器官移植专科护士的职业生命质量。
英文摘要:
      Objective To explore the mediating role of vocational delay of gratification in the influence of voice behavior on organ transplantation nurses’ quality of work life. Methods Totally 180 nurses from organ transplantation qualification departments in Fujian Province were recruited and assessed with by general information questionnaire, voice behavior scale, work-related quality of life scale and occupational delay gratification scale. Results Voice behavior and occupational delayed gratification were positively correlated with quality of work life(P<0.01). The delayed job satisfaction and facilitating voice behavior were important predictors of quality of work life (β=0.37~0.48, P<0.001), and the explanatory power of independent variables on the variation of quality of work life increased by 36.2%(P<0.001). Occupational delay satisfaction plays a partial mediating role between voice behavior and quality of work life (B=0.1079,0.0492-0.1786). Conclusion The nursing administrators should take a variety of measures to the improve level of occupational delayed gratification and voice behavior of organ transplantation nurses, and then promote organ transplantation nurses’ quality of work life.
