本研究通过回顾恐动症的相关概念和发生机制，介绍了恐动症评分表、恐惧回避信念问卷等评估工具，综述了多学科康复疗法、运动干预、分级暴露、正念干预、认知行为疗法等国内外的相关干预措施。旨在为腰椎间盘突出症患者的临床护理提供依据。

英文摘要:

This study reviews the concepts and mechanisms of kinesophobia, introduces the evaluation tools such as the kinesophobia rating scale and the fear-avoidance and belief questionnaire, and reviews the relevant interventions at home and abroad such as multidisciplinary rehabilitation therapy, exercise intervention, graded exposure, mindfulness intervention, and cognitive behavioral therapy.The aim is to provide basis for clinical nursing of patients with lumbar disc herniation.
