      合理的静脉输液工具是提高ICU（Intensive Care Unit）患者静脉治疗质量的基础，进而保护患者的血管。而耐高压注射型PICC导管（power peripherally inserted central catheters, Power PICC）满足了ICU患者的使用需求。文章围绕ICU患者使用Power PICC，对国内外Power PICC在ICU患者中应用的现状进行了综述，以期为临床ICU患者使用静脉输液工具提供参考。
英文摘要:
      Rational intravenous infusion tools are the basis of improving the quality of INTRAVENOUS therapy in ICU patients, and thus protecting the blood vessels of patients.PICC catheter resistant to high pressure injection meets the needs of ICU patients.This paper focuses on the use of Power PICC in ICU patients, and summarizes the current situation of the use of Power PICC in ICU patients at home and abroad, in order to provide reference for the use of intravenous infusion tools in clinical ICU patients.
