中文摘要:

对髋膝关节置换术后早期活动直立不耐受的发生机制、发生率、影响因素、评估工具及临床干预进行综述，指出目前国内对髋膝关节置换术后直立不耐受方面的研究尚存在明显局限性，未来还需要进行更多相关方面的临床研究和机制探索，并进行证据总结，用于科学指导临床实践，以期为国内髋膝关节置换术后临床研究和护理实践提供参考。

英文摘要:

The mechanisms, incidence, influencing factors, assessment tools and clinical interventions of orthostatic Intolerance of early activity after hip and knee arthroplasty were reviewed, pointing out that there are obvious limitations in the current domestic research on orthostatic Intolerance after hip and knee arthroplasty, and more relevant clinical studies and mechanism explorations are needed in the future, and evidence summaries should be conducted for scientific guidance of clinical practice. This is to provide a reference for clinical research and nursing practice after hip and knee arthroplasty in China.
