      [目的]观察自制新型护理安全直角架在临床防范坠床风险管理中的应用效果。[方法]选择上海交通大学医学院附属第九人民医院黄浦分院内科病房的卧床无行为控制能力的老年病人，以2019年3月~2019年8月入院104例为对照组，2019年9月~2020年2月入院126例为观察组；对照组采用常规防范坠床措施；观察组在对照组基础上，加用新型护理安全直角架。比较两组病人的坠床发生率；病人家属、护士工作满意度。[结果]观察组病人坠床发生率明显低于对照组，病人家属和护理人员满意度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（p＜0.05）。[结论]护理安全直角架能降低住院病人坠床发生率，增加病人安全舒适度，提高家属和护理人员满意度，具有临床推广价值。
英文摘要:
      [OBJECTIVE] To observe the application of a new type nursing safety right-angle frame in clinical prevention of falling bed risk. [METHODS] Grouped according to the order of admission, 104 patients in Huangpu Branch of Shanghai Ninth people's Hospital from March 2019 to August 2019 were taken as the control group and 126 patients from September 2019 to February 2020 as the observation group. The control group adopted routine precautions against falling beds, while the observation group was added with the new type of nursing safety right-angle frame on the basis of routine precautions. The incidence of falling beds, the satisfaction of patients’ family members and nurses were compared between the two groups. [RESULTS] The incidence of falling beds in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the satisfaction of family members and nurses in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (p＜0.05). [Conclusion] In conclusion, our findings indicated that the nursing safety right-angle frame could reduce the incidence of falling beds, increased the comfort of patients and improved satisfaction of family members and nurses, which is worth popularizing in clinical practice.
