目的探讨老年脑卒中患者心理弹性与社会支持的状况以及两者之间的关系。方法采用一般资料调查表、心理弹性量表和社会支持量表对292例老年脑卒中患者进行问卷调查,并分析心理弹性与社会支持之间的相关性。结果老年脑卒中患者心理弹性总分为(63.77±9.99)分,处于中等偏下水平；社会支持评分为(33.72±5.77)分,低于全国常模；心理弹性与社会支持总分及客观支持、对支持利用度呈正相关(均P＜0.01),与主观支持无相关性(P＞0.05)。结论老年脑卒中患者心理弹性处于中等偏下水平,患者社会支持水平较低,且两者呈正相关。医护人员充分利用患者的社会支持系统,改善和提高患者心理弹性水平,促进患者的身心康复。

英文摘要:

Objective Objective To explore the correlation between psychological resilience and social support in elderly stroke patients. Method Totally 292 elderly stroke patients with stroke were investigated by using the Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale and the Social Support Rating Scale. The correlation between the psychological resilience and the social support was analyzed. Result The psychological resilience elderly stroke patients was (63.77±9.99) points, in the lower middle level. The average score of social support inventory was (33.72±5.77) points, lower than the national norm. The degree of psychological resilience in elderly stroke patients was positively correlated with the total score of social support, objective support and support utilization (all P＜0.01),and had no correlation with the subjective support (P＞0.05). Conclusion The psychological resilience of elderly stroke patients is in the lower middle level, the level of social support was low, and they are positively correlated. Medical staff should pay attention to and make full use of the patients ’ social support, improve and enhance the patients ’ psychological resilience level, promote the physical and mental recovery of patients.
