| 目的 探讨Excel云表格预警在医用低值耗材管理中的应用效果。方法 将某三甲医院2020年1-6月使用的一次性医用低值耗材作为对照组,将2020年7-12月使用的一次性医用低值耗材作为干预组。对照组采用传统管理模式,干预组采用Excel云表格管理模式,比较两组的医用低值耗材支出情况、每日及每月核对耗时情况。Excel云表格时间函数和逻辑判断函数将已导入的基础数据与计算机系统实时关联,显示三级预警提醒结果并做成一览表。 结果 1、对照组182天每周耗材核对耗时120min,干预组184天每周耗材核对时间50min(t=4.33,P<0.01),差异有统计学意义。2、对照组共收治患者6573例,支出医用低值耗材234215件,支出总金额为305628.5元；干预组共收治患者7032例,支出医用低值耗材217646件,支出总金额为301914.6元。干预组患者较对照组增加了13.62%,但医用低值材总支出件数减少了9.24%,支出总金额减少了9.99%。故EXCEL云表格同步预警管理在耗材管理方面值得推广。 |

| Objective To explore the application effect of Excel cloud form early warning in the management of low-value medical consumables. Methods The disposable medical low-value consumables used in a tertiary hospital from January to June 2020 as the control group, and the disposable medical low-value consumables used from July to December 2020 as the intervention group. The control group adopts the traditional management model, and the intervention group adopts the Excel cloud form management model to compare the expenditure of low-value medical consumables and the time consumption of daily and monthly checks between the two groups. The Excel cloud table time function and logical judgment function associate the imported basic data with the computer system in real time, display the three-level warning reminder results and make a list. Results 1. The control group took 120 minutes to check the consumables every week for 182 days, and the intervention group took 50 minutes to check the consumables every week on 184 days (t=4.33, P<0.01). The difference was statistically significant. 2. In the control group, 6573 patients were admitted and 234,215 low-value medical consumables were spent, with a total expenditure of 305628.5 yuan; the intervention group received a total of 7032 patients and 217,646 medical low-value consumables were spent, with a total expenditure of 301914.6 yuan. Compared with the control group, patients in the intervention group increased by 13.62%, but the total expenditure on medical low-value materials decreased by 9.24%, and the total expenditure decreased by 9.99%. Therefore, the EXCEL cloud form synchronization early warning management is worthy of promotion in the management of consumables. |
