中文摘要:
      目的了解社区卫生服务中心就诊患者对中医护理适宜技术居家护理服务的需求情况，为完善该服务模式提供参考依据。方法 通过对9家社区卫生服务中心就诊的15名患者进行面对面深入访谈，采用Colaizzi七步分析法分析资料、提炼主题。结果共提炼出社区患者对居家护理项目了解程度低、认为居家护理有诸多优势、对中医护理适宜技术充满信任和期待、对开展居家中医护理服务存在不同程度的顾虑、希望制订合理的出诊收费标准、希望提供规范、高质量的居家服务六个主题。结论社区卫生服务中心患者对中医护理适宜技术居家护理服务了解程度低但需求度较高，安全与费用是患者主要担忧问题，相关部门应加大对该服务的推广力度，根据患者实际需求，完善该服务模式。
英文摘要:
      Objective To understand the demand of patients in community healthcare centers for traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) nursing appropriate technology in home care service, and to provide reference for improving the service mode. Methods Through face-to-face in-depth interviews with 15 patients from 9 community healthcare centers, Colaizzianalysis method was used to analyze the data and extract the topics. Results A total of six themes were extracted: community patients have low awareness of home care programs, believing that home care has many advantages, full of trust and expectation for appropriate TCM nursing technology, different degrees of concern about the development of home Chinese medicine nursing service, hope to formulate a reasonable fee standard, hope to provide standard, high quality home service. Conclusion Patients visiting community healthcare centers have a low awareness rate of TCM nursingappropriate technology in home care service but a high degree of demand. Safety and cost are the main concerns of patients. Relevant departments should strengthen the promotion of this service and improve the service mode according to the actual needs of patients.
